All appointments booked through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by the clinic.
Once your appointment slot is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation message via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment, unless stated otherwise.
Consultations may be offered in-person at our clinic or online (tele-consultation/video call), depending on your chosen option and doctor availability.
You are responsible for ensuring you have stable internet connectivity and a functional device for online consultations.
Consultation fees are displayed on the website at the time of booking.
All fees must be paid in full before the appointment is confirmed.
Payments are accepted through secure payment gateways integrated on our website.
The consultation fee does not include additional diagnostic tests, reports, medications, or follow-up sessions unless explicitly mentioned.
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to slot availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
The clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, unavailability of the doctor, or technical issues. In such cases, you will be notified, and the appointment will be rescheduled or refunded.
You agree to provide accurate and complete details about the patient, including name, age, symptoms, and medical history, at the time of booking.
False or misleading information may result in refusal or termination of consultation without refund.
Parents or guardians must accompany minors (under 18 years of age) during all consultations.
The consultation, whether in-person or online, is intended to provide medical advice specific to the patient based on the information provided.
Online consultations may have certain limitations due to the absence of physical examination. If required, the doctor may recommend an in-person visit or additional tests before diagnosis or treatment.
The consultation does not replace emergency medical services. In case of a medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital or call emergency services immediately.
All personal and medical information shared during the consultation is kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy policy.
We use secure systems to protect your data and communication.
Follow-up consultations, if advised, may be subject to additional charges unless explicitly mentioned at the time of initial consultation.
The clinic reserves the right to modify follow-up duration, fees, or policies as required.
All information, logos, text, images, and materials available on our website and during consultation remain the property of Kids Gastro Liver Care.
You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any part of the consultation or materials without prior written consent.
While every effort is made to ensure accurate medical guidance, Kids Gastro Liver Care and its doctors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from consultation or website use.
The clinic’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the consultation fee paid.
